Unlike existing ex vivo approaches where immune cells are taken from the patient and engineered in specialized manufacturing facilities, in vivo platforms engineer the specialized immune cells directly in the patient's body. This reduces the cost of these highly efficient treatments and facilitates accessibility to patients.

Our proprietary next-generation lentiviral vector-based in vivo CAR-T platform has been developed to address the limitations of current platforms.

It demonstrates highly efficient specific transfer to multiple immune cell types, with no detectable delivery to off-target tissues.
